As a project launched at the start of 2008, the Covéa Immobilier team of 180 people combines all the skills required to enhance portfolio value: technical management, property management and asset management. This EIG is in charge of all the investment real estate of MAAF and GMF, and part of the investment real estate of MMA. Covéa Immobilier also deals with the operational real estate of MAAF and GMF, or some 1,000 sales outlets. In all, Covéa Immobilier manages approximately 1 million square meters of property. The team has resulted in the pooling and improvement of skills, optimised processes and the deployment of a common information system.
